Cindy (Sandlin) & David Gilbert have begun their road trip across the U.S.  ~ You can follow their journey at www.mytripjournal.com/albinorhino

Here's a trout recipe given to Cindy by a fisherman who gave her the fresh trout:  Flip flop the fish fillets in any Zatarain's Fish Fry mix and fry it in a pan on medium heat with LOTS of butter (1/2 - 3/4 stick). I let mine cook for about 5 minutes +/- on each side. When it begins to start looking flakey, it's done.

Note: Cindy wants everyone to know she's not liable for any missteps!  She investigated the Zatarain's mix and there are several kinds on the market. Since the fisherman gave her the spices to use, her guess is it was the Zatarain's Bake & Crisp Seafood mix.

THE RMHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
NEEDS YOU!

Annually, our alumni association provides four $500 scholarships to Miller students. Their main need right now is more members who are willing to participate with different upcoming activities including promoting awareness of the organization, increasing membership & fundraising activities. You don't have to live in Corpus to participate so don't let that be your excuse! Different talents and skills are needed to assist in the growth of our association so if you're interested in joining, please contact Claudia Morales for more information.

Association's Purpose:
- To foster support from the community and private sector to service the educational interests and needs of the students and community of Roy Miller High School;
- To serve as a catalyst to support and enhance school improvement programs that heighten learning opportunities for children and adults;
- To seek donations of funds, services and equipment from businesses and individuals to support the Association's educational goals and purposes; and
- To provide grants to Miller educational staff members to initiate quality projects consistent with the goals of the Association and to bring positive attention to Roy Miller High School.
